Customer Service Representative - (Pullman, WA)

CYS Group, Inc. is looking to grow our Customer Service Department in order to expand our overall customer background. If you are looking to provide strong customer service and to push the limits of providing superior customer engagement, CYS Group, Inc. has the perfect position for you. The Customer Service Representative answers inbound calls, books photography sessions and viewing appointments while providing an overall positive customer background for each of our clients. Other responsibilities would include updating and maintaining client profiles and info, editing pictures, and assisting with marketing and sales as needed.
