Field Service Technician - (Roswell, GA)

Responsible for supporting the customers, distributors. and service contacts with technical problems and questions regarding Albany product-brand equipment, extensive knowledge and skills in both electrical and mechanical with abilities to make necessary repairs, in person or over the phone. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for troubleshooting issues with customers, distributors, and service technicians. Will use provided blue prints and electrical schematics to find a correct and quick solution to the issue. Must keep a professional attitude when dealing with customers. Travel for field service trips to repair equipment and train customers, distributors and service technicians on equipment, which will include hands on mechanical and electrical work. Travel may require overnight stays. Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and service such as assisting with sales departments with technical questions and requests in a prompt and professional manner.
