CHILD CARE RESOURCE & REFERRAL Early Childhood Program Support Representative - (Salem, OR)

The Early Childhood Program Support Representative works with family and center-based child care programs to deliver QRIS/Spark Support, clerical support to program staff such as printing, phones, mailers, filing, developing newsletters and training guides; coordination of materials and organization of the CCR&R Lending Library; participation in child care provider recruitment and outreach activities, community partner fairs, and family events. Performs data entry, customer service and technical assistance to providers and families receiving DHS ERDC subsidy payments. REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION and/or BACKGROUND High-school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and; an AA or BA degree, with an Early Childhood Education degree preferred; or four years of work background in an Early Childhood program; plus a Step 7, or expertise to achieve a Step 7, on the Oregon Registry.
