The Certified Nursing Assistant/Personal Care Aide is a member of the nursing team that works under the supervision and direction of the Nurse Supervisor to perform the services necessary to care for the personal needs and comfort of our clients. The CNA/PCA follows the client's Plan of Care to help with activities of daily living, such as hygiene, toileting, meals, moving safely to activities or functions, and helping with basic housekeeping (making beds, keeping living areas organized, etc.) The Care Advantage Richmond Southside office is looking for reliable caregivers for our clients in the Powhatan area. Initial training and orientation will take place at our Richmond Southside office; however, care is provided in the clients' homes and would be specific to the Powhatan and nearby areas.
