Photography instructor - (San Francisco, CA)

Photosprouts is a fast growing, instructor-led photography education company based in San Francisco. We are hiring Photography Instructors (Contractor/ Part-time) for the beginners' classes. The rate is $40/hour. The instructor will work 3-10 hours per week depending on which class(es) he or she teaches. Applicants do not need a strong photography experience to fulfill this role. For example, we will consider full time engineers who have photography knowledge, or college students who can commit a few hours every week to teach photography. Applicants need to fulfill these qualifications: Punctual Reliable Positive and cheerful personality, being patient with learners Sense of humor Expertise to communicate effectively Proficient to shoot in the manual mode of a DSLR/ mirrorless camera The classes: Beginner 101: This is a 2-hour class recurring every Thursday/ Friday evening (5:30pm-7:30pm) that teaches the basics of photography. Instructors will arrive at 5pm and leave at 8pm, we pay three hours.
