SUMMARY: To prepare and serve alcohol to guests consistently. Responsible for a high-level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Formulate beverages according to established recipes Serve guests in compliance with TIPS and guest service standards Ring up transactions and make the correct change Requisition work station supplies to maintain pars and monitor quality of product Initiate and establish superior guest service including drink recommendations and informing of specials Utilize and implement TIPS training to prevent and recognize alcohol-related concerns Set up and close work stations in compliance with established procedures KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge and Certification Required: six months bartending background Preferred: High-school certificate/GED or equivalent background Successful completion of and certification from Bartending School
