Line Cook duties include frying our famous chicken, baking our homemade rolls, filling orders and cooking a few of our other side items. Line cooks also help out with a few small prep duties, as well as daily cleaning tasks. Background a plus but not necessary, happy to train.. Tips average out to be about a reliable $2.00 per hour or more on top of the hourly wage.
