GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Responsibility for the processing of payroll, benefits administration, general HR duties, and HR record-keeping with a solid understanding of Human Resources practices and procedures. Good communication abilities, strong attention to detail along with excellent organization and follow-up abilities are required. This position is a representative of the company and must foster professional and positive interactions with employees at all levels. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assists in the administration of various human resources initiatives for all company personnel in HRIS system; assists in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures including employee handbook and employee communications. * Processing of payroll accurately with solid understanding of payroll procedures and legal guidelines. * Administers and tracks company's paid time off, leave policies including FMLA. * Participates in the development of department goals, objectives, and systems.
