Tier 1 service desk (1st shift) - orlando, fl - (Orlando, FL)

AppleOne Technical Staffing is searching for a Tier one Service Desk Technician. $17-21 per hour depending on background. Please Note: This position will be required to support various shifts; however, this position will primarily support 1st Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday. The applicant must have background supporting IT Service Desk operations, as well as working background with system/server/application monitoring. Desired Start Date: ASAP Pay range: $17 -$21 per hour (based on background) Location: South Orlando Position description: Technology Support is responsible for providing Level I incident resolution and service request management to internal customers. Main responsibilities: Provide 1st contact resolution and onsite/remote troubleshooting of workstations, applications and systems to include: *Hardware, software, PC (Windows/Office), printer, e-mail, VPN, network mapping, telephone and enterprise application problems in accordance with established SLAs.
