An immediate opportunity exists for a applicant with solid background in user background (UX) design and research, to join our team. Due to an unprecedented period of growth, we have a LONG TERM CONTRACT position opportunity in the SAN JOSE, CA area for a UX RESEARCHER. Role/Responsibilities: The successful resource will work with internal project teams, peer interaction designers, and users to define the user background of software applications. Be responsible for planning and conducting User Background Research that will include facilitating usability studies, workshops, surveys, and contextual interviews. This individual must understand the business qualifications, research the needs of the user, analyze research data and translate these findings into meaningful recommendations and actionable items. This role works closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Program Managers, Developers and Designers to define and improve the user background of products and services.
