Miami office of our client seeks department head/managing trial attorney with 6-10 yrs of litigation background in the following areas: Automobile Liability (PIP, BI, UM/UIM, ECL); 1st and 3rd party homeowners property; Property and Casualty; Torts; Premises liability; Construction Defect; Products liability; Insurance; General liability. The applicant should preferably have a book of business, and/or be a board certified trial attorney. Should have Florida Bar license in good standing. This more than 40 yr old firm has offices in Florida, Alabama and Georgia. A sizable group of qualified attorneys make up the firm. Its practice areas are widespread. Some of its practice disciplines are admiralty-maritime, appellate practice, criminal law, insurance law and workers' compensation.
