Intellectual Property and Technology Litigation Associate Attorney - (San Francisco, CA)

San Francisco office of our client, a Chambers ranked law firm, is actively seeking associates to join our Intellectual Property and Technology Litigation Group. The applicant will work directly with partners on patent infringement cases, and the partners on the team are looking for an attorney who will immediately contribute to the practice by assuming responsibilities for: Drafting and responding to motions; Preparing expert reports; Assisting with taking depositions and defending depositions; Conducting legal research; Preparing for and assisting with jury trials. Should have 1-5 yrs of patent litigation background. Must preferably have electrical engineering or computer science background (or chemical engineering background). Should be licensed to practice law in California and be in good standing.
