The applicant should have background of representing companies and financial institutions in financing activities; providing advice to clients on structured finance transactions; advising clients on the acquisition or sale of portfolios of financial assets; representing parties to secured and unsecured credit facilities; understanding of commercial and securities law issues as they relate to finance transactions; representing parties in financing transactions with a broad spectrum of asset classes.
