Senior Utility Billing Services Representative - (Sacramento, CA)

The Position Under general supervision,the Senior Utility Billing ServicesRepresentative is responsible for the more complex customer service and fiscal support assignments requiring the expertise to research and analyze customer account records and transactions. Assignments include the expertise to interpret division policies and procedures for employees in the section and the public, and to resolve billing and service problems. This job may require considerable customer contact and regular contact with other departmental personnel to provide or obtain info regarding customer accounts and/or services in an assigned area of specialization. The Senior Utility Billing Services Representative may act as leadworker.
