MCCII Shredder / Utility Operator - (Cedar Rapids, IA)

Job overview The Utility Operator is trained to assist in several areas of production including but not limited to the packaging system, warehousing, pulp shredding, and handling equipment to safely produce quality product in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices. This position reports to the Production Supervisor. Main responsibilities/Principal Accountabilities Provide relief coverage to departments as assigned Operate all equipment necessary to properly shred raw materials and/or package finished product Load, unload, store, sample, and transfer raw materials, finished product, and miscellaneous items Maintain equipment through proper lubrication, minor repairs/adjustments; report all malfunctions and needed repairs Maintain accurate and complete records and charts Routinely sanitize and clean plant equipment and facilities Perform material handling duties in accordance with all applicable OSHA and EPA standards Effectively communicate with all other teammates and actively solicit feedback of
