NDT Technician - AZ (2547-804) - (Phoenix, AZ)

NDT Technician Certified to perform non-destructive testing (NDT) Level two inspections on a variety of welded sheet metal aircraft components, utilizing NDT disciplines Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection and Digital X-Ray. Functions and Responsibilities * Perform NDT processes and interpret findings in accordance with Exotic and Customer specifications and qualifications. * Check required dimensions using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers and other inspection devices. Accurately document inspection findings. * Perform all work in accordance with established standards and safety procedures. * Interpret and follow written instructions, sketches, schedules, drawings and documents. * Follow established NDT technique sheets and ensure any revisions to established techniques meet Exotic and customer qualifications. Propose new or revised NDT technique sheets per qualifications.
