Washington County Tractor is seeking a Service Manager for Outdoors store in Brenham, Texas. The service manager is responsible for the efficient and profitable function of the service department. In addition to managing the service work orders and technicians' efficiency, the service manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service to WCTractor customers. Responsibilities: The service manager will: Interact with customers when they are experiencing mechanical/technical problems with equipment. Works with the service technician to determine the work to be done and communicate the quoted work back to the customer. Schedule and assign jobs and work areas to technicians according to their mechanical skills and knowledge. WCTractor services a variety of products that include riding lawn mowers, commercial mowing equipment, utility vehicles, utility tractors, agricultural implements, and skid steer loaders.
