ICF Shift Supervisor - (Oskaloosa, IA)

Summary/Objective: The Supervisor provides supervision and direction to ICF/ID staff with the goal of providing an organized and efficient program to individuals served. The supervisor plays a key role in new hire orientation and the ongoing training of ICF/ID staff. Essential Job Functions: Report issues of concern to the ICF/ID Director. Offer ideas and suggestions for resolutions of concerns. Use appropriate methods and channels of communication. Comply with all applicable policies, practices, and laws, and with the regulations provided by any governing bodies, such as Department of Human Services (DHS), IME (Iowa Medicaid Enterprise) and Department of Inspections and Appeals (DIA). Supervise personnel: Ensure relevant documentation of promotions, meetings, disciplines, etc. Perform evaluations for Direct Support staff within 1 month of their due date. Ensure DSP staff is supporting individuals to participate in activities.
