Production Supervisor – Night Shift 6pm-6am Minneapolis, MN $55-68K + 10% bonus Our food manufacturing client is looking to hire a Production Supervisor to their night shift staff for their Minneapolis, MN facility. This Production Supervisor is responsible for establishing safety, quality and efficiency in production. Critical responsibilities: Administer line equipment, employees and raw materials so that all are prepare to meet the production schedule by planning ahead and anticipating production needs. Control production and employees to ensure that all safety and quality standards are met. Analyze problems, coordinate and facilitate meetings with appropriate groups as required to identify and implement solutions. Conduct frequent line tours and adhere to standard work. Provide all accurate paperwork; complete and on time. Organize production schedule with required maintenance and follow up to ensure maintenance is effective.
