Corporate Payroll Clerk - (Taylorsville, UT)

POSITION TITLE: Payroll Clerk DEPARTMENT: Corporate Office OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES Perform all payroll functions required to adequately provide timely and accurate input for every payroll period. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Reports to: Payroll Manager Supervises: NA Interfaces with: Corporate Office Staff, Facility Managers, Executive Directors and their support staff. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assume responsibility for the timeliness and the accuracy of input and output of the payroll department. Performs tasks to establish and maintain employee/payroll records. Responsible to coordinate with operational managers for timely dissemination of payroll data from the facilities and overseeing that the data is properly and timely input into the company's payroll system. A non-all inclusive list of tasks is outlined below that are considered a minimal effort required to accomplish this job overview: • Checking and auditing timekeeping records for compliance with established standards.
