We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Staff Accountant to join of Finance Team! RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare journal entries including monthly routine closing entries. Prepare monthly and/or quarterly account reconciliations Process payments for invoices from non-US vendors timely and accurately Respond to vendor and customer inquiries timely and accurately Assist the team in managing and monitoring employee credit card program, including in recording employee credit card expenses timely and accurately Assist the team in managing cash receipts and payments, including in recording daily cash transactions and preparing daily cash availability worksheet
