Job description The Eligibility Specialist will perform Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) daily eligibility processes for the Society's HCBS Agencies. The Eligibility Specialist will assure workflow between the individual agencies and the Service Center is accurate and timely; and upon receiving a payor/verification request, complete the request to minimize bad debts and provide positive cash flow to agencies. -Performs daily workflow in securing client details, verifying payor source, and communicating with agency staff.
