Senior Living Environmental Services Assistant/PAINTER Location: 5630 - GSS Manzano del Sol Vlg 5201 Roma Ave NE Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87108-1334 United States Employment Type: Full time Hourly: 14.00 - 15.00 Shift: Day Position details PAINTING & MAINTENANCE IN SENIOR LIVING APTS. This position is responsible for repairs and preventive maintenance on facility, equipment, grounds and vehicles. Laundry and housekeeping duties are included. Performs preventive maintenance on facility and equipment. Completes repairs as needed/requested. Keeps various work and storage rooms, garage/ shed, tools and supplies organized and clean. Keeps building and grounds free of garbage and debris. Paints, patches or repairs all interior surfaces. Assures all floor surfaces are clean and appropriately finished.
