Supervisor, Eligibility and Payments Location: ten - National Campus 4800 W 57th St Sioux Falls, South Dakota, 57108 United States Employment Type: Full time Hourly: 19.81 - 24.76 Shift: Day Position overview The Supervisor, Eligibility and Payments oversees a team of Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Eligibility Specialists who complete daily eligibility processes for our HCBS Agencies. -Supervise the daily eligibility workflow in securing client info, verifying payor source, and communicating with agency staff. -Assure payor verifications are completed accurately and returned to agency based on the established service level. -Assure Medicare RAPS are being resent timely. Assure accounts are set up correctly in electronic systems.
