Social media manager - (Frederick, MD)
Summary: The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is aimed at engaging users and creating an interactive relationship between our audience and AOPA. The overall goal is to continually highlight the enthusiasm and passion aviation entails with AOPA's community and beyond. Duties: Develop and manage AOPA's social media and day-to-day community engagement. Engage members and target audiences to create open dialog and grow social media activity pertaining to AOPA and aviation overall. Monitor, listen, and respond to social conversations. (eg, tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach, etc.) Proactively share issues, observations, opportunities, and insights based on social media monitoring to the organization. Serve as an influencer/leader for the organization's expansion of the social media community and blogger outreach efforts.
