Warehouse Specialist 1 - (San Antonio, TX)

Job description: Provides a variety of materials functions in support of production lines, CW warehouse and warehouse operation. Main responsibilities: * Receive, store, inspect and issue material from the assigned warehouses. Package, palletize and route material to appropriate area using pallet jack, golf cart, dolly, or forklift. Perform physical inventories and cycle counts. * Identify appropriate stock locations supporting FIFO rotation and stock consolidation efforts. * Review receiving paperwork for correctness I.E. packing list, RGA returns and resolve stock discrepancies. * May issue kanban releases to replenish component inventory as required by each kanban card. * Audit open order report to insure on time delivery of units and spare orders. * Pick, pack, and inspect outbound shipments to insure 100% accuracy. * Order warehouse supplies I.E. boxes, tape, bubble wrap and shrink wrap. * Perform data entry functions. * May monitor and correct inbound or outbound shipments. * Help with negative report.
