This is a night shift position. Current California CLS license required with blood bank and microbiology experience desired. Performs and observes tests on patient specimens and correctly records results. Must be able to operate a variety of clinical laboratory equipment. Must be conscientious with regard to policies and procedures, has knowledge of federal and state regulations and is capable of working under pressure. Shifts may vary requiring staff flexibility. Must be able to effectively communicate in English; both verbal and written. Must have good people skills and interface professionally, tactfully and respectfully with patients, staff, and the general public.
