Job summary Job Number: RLab Quality Assurance Manager, SeniorKey Role:Consult on the analysis of performance, procedures, and processes of less complex health systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness and address priority operational challenges. Consult on the delivery of operational solutions and ongoing performance management to help achieve operational excellence, quality, and safety. Work on a spectrum of operational environments across the provider, payer, research, and life science and public health segments. Basic qualifications:-2+ years of background in a laboratory environment-Background with basic laboratory techniques-Knowledge and background of quality management systems, including Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA), Good Laboratory practices (GLP), International Standards Organization (ISO)
