Lobby Supervisor, Tinker AFB (2019-1954) Tinker Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a full time Lobby Supervisor at our Tinker Air Force Base Area A branch. This position will be responsible for developing each employee to their highest potential through coaching and leadership. Ensures that outstanding service is delivered to both internal and external members by identifying members' financial needs and suggests appropriate Credit Union solutions. This position will supervise and coordinate the activities of branch personnel. Applicants who are qualified will have: Associates Degree with two years' background as a Teller Supervisor I/II, Supervisor and/or training; or equivalent combinations of education and background. Knowledge of Reg. CC, Reg. DD, Reg. J, Reg. D, Reg. E, Reg. B and Reg. Z. Knowledge of Equal Credit Opportunity Act, FCRA, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, IRS rules for IRAs and NCUA share insurance rules.
