Nx/cad support engineer - (Troy, MI)

Insight Global is looking for an NX CAD Mentor in the Warren area. This applicants week and days will consist of analyzing customer defaults, training within deployment optimizations of new functionalities, analyzing GM training materials/ new and future functionalities, and a strong modeling technique experience. This applicant will be sitting on site at an OEM acting as the representative for NX for a software company. We are looking for someone who is passionate about NX mentorship as well as new feature implementations. 8+ years previous working experience supporting and acting as the single point of contact for all NX related issues and support of all CAD issues including but not limited to: Troubleshooting of common problems(PR), incidents (IR), enhancements (ER), execution of NX installations, patches, upgrades, system tuning, and production support Analyzing customer defaults against new out of the box functionality Expert knowledge of multiple Modeling Techniques (IE.
