The Technical Craft Specialist A, HVAC Mechanic maintains College HVAC systems and performs specific functions on a paraprofessional level. The HVAC Mechanic exhibits knowledge and skills appropriate to the tasks of the assignment, exercises good judgment and maintains a professional manner. The primary work location for this position is the Colleges Main campus. Assignments are based on the needs of the College. QUALIFICATIONS: High-school certificate or GED required. Min 2 (2) years vocational or trade school training required. Five (5) years of professional work background maintaining HVAC systems required. Valid City of Philadelphia Engineers Grade A Operators License required. Valid CFC certification or better required. Current drivers license required. Expertise to work evenings and weekends, as needed, required.
