Position description Provides maintenance support for all skilled mechanics and technicians of all facilities equipment and production equipment associated with the plant, electrical and HVAC equipment. Essential Duties * Responds in a professional, polite and helpful manner when dealing with customers. * Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures. * Performs daily, weekly and monthly rounds and inspections * Develops and maintains a high-level of proficiency in at least 1 of the above trades and is generally well-verses in a number of the above general building trades. * Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities are performed in a neat workmanship like manner. * Inventories, requisitions materials, tools and supplies needed for each job.
