Exciting opportunity in the Carlsbad area, seeking an Account Manager/ Customer Service Rep for a medical device manufacturing company. Will be responsible for processing orders for customers. Tracking and reporting on order status, shipping dates, product availability and back orders. Responsible for investigating customer complaints, credits and new orders. Will be supporting sales team and maintaining customer relations.
