Our client is a science-driven contract development and manufacturing organization providing services to the global pharmaceutical industry, and they are a leader in pharmaceutical product development. They are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist. The successful applicant will provide administrative support/backup for the Quality Systems, QA Compliance and Quality Operations Teams. Responsibilities of the job include the following: Reviewing and ensuring that all documentation from receiving raw materials to disposition/release of materials is in compliance Completing all GMP documentation in a timely and accurate fashion Assisting in the implementation and enhancement of quality systems within the QA Unit Conducting internal audits and external supplier or vendor audits including preparation, report, follow-up, and closure Preparing, assisting, and coordinating document flow in support of Internal Audits
