Position title: Mortgage Vault Clerk Location: Waterloo, IA 50701 Hours: 8a-4:30pm. Plus mandatory overtime. Duties: Performs routine and/or repetitive clerical functions according to standard procedures or instructions. Job necessitates applicant to be on their feet for 80% of the day and climb ten feet high stair type ladders. Position is working in a vault filing documents, pulling files, making copies, completing inventories and shifting files. Lifting up to 30 pounds may be required. Requirements: Basic knowledge of general office procedures, strong attention to details, computers and other office equipment. Expertise to collect and organize details. This opportunity is temporary with a possibility of becoming a full time position.
