Banking & Finance Associate - The Atlanta office is seeking a senior associate to join the Banking group. Applicants should have a min of four years of background representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of complex lending transactions, including acquisition financings, cross-border financings and syndicated credit facilities. Background in a large law firm is preferred. Applicants must have excellent academic credentials and communication abilities. In addition, applicants should possess leadership skills, be comfortable working directly with clients and work well with others.
