Senior processing engineer - (Hudson, WI)

Seeking a senior level Process Engineer for 1 of the largest suppliers of equipment for the beverage industry. Must have background with Dairy spray dryers and evaporators. Understanding of international regulations, processes and issues in food and dairy production, including a sound understanding of cGMP, PMO, USDA, 3A and related systems. Design Dairy process systems including:. Prepare system estimates and customer proposal documents.. Completion of heat and mass balances.. Heat transfer calculations.. Fluid flow calculations. Development of Process Flow Diagrams and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams.. Provide documentation packages for the successful completion of projects:. Work with designers and engineers in the development of General Arrangement and Elevation layouts.. Develop equipment specifications and documentation that meets customers design qualifications.. Development of process & functional descriptions of operation for process being designed.
