OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION: The goals of the Civil Designer I is to support the Sweetland Engineering design team while pursuing personal growth in the engineering industry. We challenge our civil designers to stay on a path of continual education and increasing levels of responsibility, building a strong foundation for a successful career at Sweetland Engineering. Our experienced team will provide mentoring to ensure that all work assignments given to our designers are completed in a quality manner and within budget utilizing sound design practices. Our goal every time we hire a civil designer is to be adding a future project manager. We are seeking a motivated individual who wants the opportunity to control their own career path by utilizing the opportunities Sweetland Engineering offers.
