Our multidisciplinary teams offer culturally-sensitive, end-of-life and palliative care services to patients and their families at home or in assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities and hospitals.The Creative Arts Therapist (Music Therapy) utilizes creative arts therapy interventions in providing the clinical assessment and treatment of physical and psychosocial issues and spiritual end-of-life care to holocaust survivors and their caregivers of all ages in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care. The Therapist fully participates in all aspects of project funding and provides ongoing support of the implemented programming, research, education and marketing efforts to promote the mission of MJHS Hospice and Palliative Care. This is a grant funded position.
