Consulting Analyst, GPMO - (Dallas, TX)

POSITION DETAILS The purpose of this position is to support internal consulting and project delivery with internal client focus in the areas of operational and process excellence, change management and/or M&A integration and value capture within the Global Program Management Office (Global PMO). The primary goal is to support a team partnering with CBRE departments to drive impactful business results that change the top and bottom line. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Review market and CBRE proprietary reports on clients' key markets, customers, competitive dynamics and overall business performance. Communicate clearly and succinctly. Crystalize and effectively summarize, verbally and in writing, results of research, analyses and client-related efforts while being active and articulate in internal meetings and presentations. Conduct reliable research and analyses. Understand and execute hypotheses-driven issue solving.
