Decisive Intelligence, Inc. is currently seeking several Cleared ServiceNow Business Process Consultants to join a growing ServiceNow Partner in the government space.The Business Process Consultant role are responsible to facilitate Requirement Discovery Sessions with the Project Stakeholders. Review, validate and prioritize essential requirements. Produce a detail requirements document. Create Business Process Maps based on Discovery Sessions with the Project Stakeholders. Hours: to match client business hours appropriate to the program Travel: generally, 25-50% as project needs require to meet responsibilities Client Interaction: this is a direct client-facing role requiring interaction with client sponsors, client executives, client Program Managers, and client process owners as well as internal project teams Specific Deliverables: Create Business Process Maps based on Discovery Sessions with the Project Stakeholders and also produce a detail requirements document.
