Business process lead consultant - banking (local only) - (San Francisco, CA)

Summary: Our Banking Client is currently seeking a Business Process Lead Consultant to offer consultative, hands-on tactical assistance with various automated process transformation initiatives. Ideal candidates will have recently served within the Banking and/or Financial Services sector and be well-versed in payments and/or foreign exchange (FX), re-design of business service operations, and development/updating process maps and procedures. Estimated Duration: 12 mons with the possibility of being extended Logistics: Onsite work, 40+ hours per week in San Francisco, CA or Tempe, AZ. Occasional travel may be needed. If needed, will be less than 20%. Responsibilities (May include but are not limited to): Review and bring visibility to overall business service operations and processes, understand cross-functional impacts regarding identified gaps, including staff, data, and systems.
