Facilities / Engineering Operations Manager 2 - (Tukwila, WA)

Unit Description Sodexo Corporate Service Division seeks a qualified Facilities Engineering Operation manager with background managing building operations and maintenance. This manager must have the hands on technical knowledge of building systems (hvac, chillers, boilier, electrical systems, etc). This unit provides facilities maintenance service at over 120 locations through-out the continental United States, Hawaii, Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean. The operations manager will be 2nd in command and will be responsible for the eintire account when the Director of Facilites is unavailabe. RESPONSIBIILITIES AND DUTIES: Principle Responsibilities: Assists the Director in maintaining the facility in good repair. Provides operational support to client facility operation.
