Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager - (Wheat Ridge, CO)

Unit Description Sodexo, at Lutheran Medical Center is seeking an experianced EVS Operations Manager two , to over see day-to-day operations. This position will report directly to the on-site Senior Director of Guest Services, and will also manage five Sodexo Managers, within the Guest Services Department (EVS and Patient Transport). This manager will mostly work Monday - Friday , with some weekends and holidays, with the flexibilty of covering first and/or second shifts as needed . The ideal candidate will have strong patient satisfaction (HCAHPS) knowledge and a proven track record of managing frontline associates, and well as supervisor and/or managers. Key focus will be employee engagement, turnover, as well as patient satisfaction.
