Corporate director of building & construction - (Tampa, FL)

The Corporate Director of Building & Construction assignments include the management and control of new construction projects, renovation projects and hospital facility upgrades. The Corporate Director of Building & Construction is required to provide oversight and coordination of all design, bidding, permitting and construction activities related to projects assigned. The Corporate Director of Building & Construction is responsible for the follow-up and coordination of facility maintenance concerns and warranty issues that may arise at the hospital facilities and headquarters buildings. The person in this role will work collaboratively with all Departments across the entire hospital system, both corporately and on an individual hospital basis, to ensure standards are met.
