The Customer Support Specialist will answer busy inbound calls and assist customers navigate the company website, fill out applications as well as answer questions about eligibility and coverage. The Customer Support Specialist will continually toggle between several different programs while assisting members and will also complete large amounts of data entry regarding phone calls and member updates into company database. The successful Customer Support Specialist will have two or more years in Customer Service experience preferably in a call center environment. The Customer Service Specialist will have outstanding customer service skills, intermediate to advanced MS Word and Excel and alpha/numeric data entry of at least 8,500 KSPH with strong accuracy.
