Executive Chef 2 - (Richmond, VA)

Unit Description Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef two to join a Corporate Services account in Richmond, Virgina . This position will supervise all aspects of food production including menu planning and food preparation at an account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the company. It will also serve as technical expert and trainer for other chefs. This individual will be responsible to Implement business practices in order to uphold company mission and values and contribute to account revenue and operating profit contribution through the implementation of services and creation of opportunities for growth. This individual will report directly into a General Manager and oversee thirteen Sodexo frontline(hourly) non-union employees and be responsible for roughly 1.7M in annual managed volume. This position needs to be proficient in the following areas:
