Unit Description This is a ROSI Chef for TN, GA, and AL. We have an exceptional career opportunity for a traveling Executive Chef two to support our team in the TN/GA/AL area. This is a Resource or Operations Support Position. As a Resource Manager, the selected applicant will be eligible to post to permanent Sodexo positions. Our Executive Chef two will manage all of our culinary operations at accounts where assigned by providing safe, wholesome and innovative food to our patients, customers (retail and catering) as well as hospital employees in a variety of settings. The successful applicant must be willing and able to travel as needed throughout the district and the southeastern region, be willing to live within the TN/GA/AL district and accept a position within this district when the opportunity presents itself. Our Executive Chef two will be responsible for managing the culinary operations for all food outlets including patient dining, cafe, cafe on the go and catering services. Job summary
