Finance Sr. Manager - (Thousand Oaks, CA)

Amgen is searching for a Finance Senior Manager in our Operations Finance team. This role will be based on main corporate campus in Thousand Oaks, CA and will report to the Director of Finance. As part of the Operations Finance organization, this Senior Manager will be the Finance point of contact for the Process Development (PD) organization. The Sr. Manager will have frequent interaction with senior leadership across Operations and Finance. Summary of key activities/responsibilities: Provide oversight for expense management activities related to PD functions: Headcount forecasting, staff related costs, IS initiatives, productivity initiatives, and all other outside project based spend Provide financial decision support including review and assessment of investments into new technologies Manage team of 2-3 individuals in supporting these activities Provide operational thought leadership and fiscal accountability PD Leadership teams Complete forecast, budget
