Senior Finance Analyst - (Baltimore, MD)

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Sr. Systems Business Analyst will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining the company s FP&A Oracle/Hyperion based reporting system and support the process of data remediation to achieve the desired state of data integrity across the organization, The position will work within the corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department and interact with a variety of other corporate functions including Accounting and Info Technology. The position will report to the Executive Director, Finance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Administer, optimize, maintain and keep in sync all FP&A Reporting systems (Oracle/Hyperion) in close coordination with other company financial systems (HFM and PeopleSoft) * Interpret highly complex systems qualifications, using current and emerging technologies to develop and validate effective solutions. * Develop and operate controls structured around business processes and data standards.
